Crescent Bank Switch Kit

Have you ever considered changing banks but the thought of doing the paperwork and making calls stopped you in your tracks? That's why we created the Crescent Bank Switch Kit. All you need to do is fill in the information and bring the paperwork into the bank. We will take it over from there.

What you will find in this kit:

What you will need to do:
- Click on the link or the icon next to the forms above.
- To open a checking account (we will need your driver's license, SSN, employment information, and contact phone numbers). You can fill out the checking application form with the switch kit or stop by the office and we can set it all up for you in no time.
- Fill out the forms online, save a copy for later, or print the document directly from the browser window.
- Drop the forms off at any of Crescent Bank's locations.

The Auto-Complete feature can remember entries you type and can help save time when filling out similar forms. Turning on this feature may not be appropriate for computers in a public setting (e.g. a library or Internet café) because previously entered information could be displayed. The Auto-Complete feature can be found on the Forms panel of the Edit > Preferences dialog.

What you will need to do to close your old account:
- Stop using your old account. Make sure to leave enough money in your old account to cover any outstanding debits and checks.
- Fill out all items in the switch kit and drop them off at any Crescent Bank location.
